As an oil company, we participate in technical, financial, legal and commercial discussions with operators and other licence partners about which exploration, appraisal, development and production activities to initiate.
When the Danish North Sea Fund in 2012 takes over 20% ownership interest of the DUC’s fields in the North Sea, the Fund will also be dealing with the sale of a considerable production of oil and gas. Therefore, the Danish North Sea Fund must build a strong team over the next years, able to handle development, production and sale of oil and gas. Some of these tasks will be taken care of by permanent staff, but the Fund will also cooperate with other state organisations and experts from the industry.
